Call or walk into the management office to do a work order.

How are maintenance issues handled?

Based on priority. Emergencies are handled the same day. Regular work orders are 1-3 business days.

Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

No, but we need written permission to enter.

What happens if I am locked out?

Call the management office during working hours. Call the emergency number after hours.

Am I allowed to decorate the apartment without penalty?

Only allowed to hang pictures.

Gym, pool, on-site management and maintenance, tennis court, community center, playgrounds, parking, wash and dryer in unit.

During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?

Memorial Day through Labor Day,12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Is your community pet friendly?

No, emtional support animals by verified documentation only.

Security deposit of 1 month and 1st month's rent.

No, but strongly recommended.

Can I get a price reduction if I sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance?

If I transfer from one apartment community to another, will my security deposit transfer to the new community or do I need to pay another security deposit to the new community?
